What are Smart Controllers?
We access and program the controllers through the internet. Each zone can be programmed differently with parameters such as Irrigation Method, Type of Sprinkler Head, Lawn or Plant Type, Slope of Ground, Type of Soil, Amount of Sun, Root Depth, and Effective Rain Fall.
Once a day the controller receives weather data from the previous day and calculates zone watering times.
This means that your landscape will receive the water it needs more efficiently and water savings = money savings.
How does the Hunter Pro-HC connect to the Internet?
The PRO-HC connects to the Internet through your Wi-Fi enabled Modem/Router just like your cell phone or laptop. So you’ll need to have a strong Wi-Fi signal at the location of the PRO-HC.
Easy access
You can access your controller from any device that has access to the Internet. There is an App that allows you to control your Irrigation zones manually from your smart phone.
